Queremos informarle que estamos preparados para dar cumplimiento a los cam=
bios que trae la Ley de Habeas Data.
Con el prop=C3=B3sito de asegurar su cumplimiento por medio de la cual se=
modificar=C3=A1 y adicionar=C3=A1 a la actual Ley 1266 de 2008=2C TransUn=
ion ha venido realizando los ajustes t=C3=A9cnicos respectivos en todos su=
s procesos.
Tal como lo establece el texto de la Ley=2C la vigencia de =C3=A9sta ser=
=C3=A1 a partir de su publicaci=C3=B3n en el Diario Oficial=2C lo cual esp=
eramos estar=C3=A1 pasando en los pr=C3=B3ximos d=C3=ADas.
Con el fin de que su entidad est=C3=A9 preparada y de evitar inconveniente=
s en la prestaci=C3=B3n de nuestros servicios=2C a continuaci=C3=B3n=2C de=
tallamos los tiempos de no disponibilidad estimados de los servicios impac=
tados=2C los cuales podr=C3=ADan variar cuando se est=C3=A9n aplicando los=
ajustes mencionados:
* Desde las 10:00 p.m. del mismo d=C3=ADa de entrada en vigencia hasta las=
5:00 a.m. del d=C3=ADa siguiente a la implementaci=C3=B3n de la ley: todo=
s los servicios (canales Web=2C WS y Batch) de TransUnion=2C incluyendo aq=
uellos que en ese momento est=C3=A9n en ejecuci=C3=B3n=2C no estar=C3=A1n=
disponibles para el consumo de nuestros clientes.
* A las 5:00 a.m. del d=C3=ADa siguiente a la implementaci=C3=B3n de la le=
y se habilitar=C3=A1 el acceso a los Servicios en l=C3=ADnea de Consulta (=
canales Web y WS)
* Tres d=C3=ADas despu=C3=A9s de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley=2C a las=
5:00 a.m.=2C se reiniciar=C3=A1n los siguientes procesos:
+ Procesamiento de las Soluciones Batch
+ Reporte de informaci=C3=B3n a TransUnion por parte de las entidades
+ Actualizaciones de informaci=C3=B3n en las bases de datos de TransUnion
